Selamat and Palette Home reserve the right to repair, replace, or issue a credit or refund at our discretion. Original packaging must be included with claims submissions to be considered for replacement or reimbursement. Damages that are the result of shipping, must be noted and signed by the carrier before they leave in order to qualify for repair or replacement by Selamat. When submitting a claim, photos of the damage and packaging materials must be included for review. If the order was shipped by a 3rd party carrier, the claim must be filed directly with that carrier.
